Vancouver Island
Vancouver Island is a hidden gem (or not so hidden, depending on who you ask) off the coast of mainland B.C. While geographically, the mainland and the Island are not too far apart, Vancouver Island’s nature does seem like it comes from somewhere much further away. Stormy seas, old-growth forests, hidden waterfalls, and tall peaks are just some of the highlights from Vancouver Island. In this gallery, you’ll see photographs mainly from the South and West Coast of the Island, with special appearances from one amazing little tree in Port Renfrew.
